Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone, email, project address, the service you need, your project description and any photos you attach. If analytics is enabled, we also collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and the device type.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your project, schedule site visits, prepare estimates and keep records of work. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form provider. Analytics, when enabled, is provided by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf.

Maps

Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing estimates@keystonefence.example or calling (469) 555-0148.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date below shows when it was last revised.
