Overview

Lot clearing covers a wide range: an overgrown backyard behind a house that's sat empty, a vacant infill lot that's drawn a code-compliance letter, or a lot being prepared for a new build. The goal is the same: vegetation, debris and junk out, and the ground back to a clean, workable surface.

On residential lots we work close to neighbors, fences and utilities, so the approach is more careful than on open acreage: compact machines, hand crews along fence lines, and everything hauled off rather than mulched in place, unless you'd like the mulch.

Why we don't post prices onlineTwo fences of the same length can differ widely in cost once grade, access, gates and what's in the ground are counted. We would rather give you one accurate written number than a range that doesn't hold up.

Common questions

Can you clear a lot that received a code violation?

Yes. Tell us the deadline on the notice and we'll schedule around it and leave the lot in compliant condition.

Do you remove junk and old fencing too?

Yes, dumped debris, old fence and wire come out with the vegetation and are hauled off.

Will you protect my neighbor's fence?

We hand-clear along shared fences and keep machines back from them.

Can you clear to my builder's plan?

Yes. We work to the builder's clearing limits and protect the trees marked to stay.
