Overview

Once a gate is automated, the question becomes who can open it and how. A single remote works for a family driveway. An HOA entrance or a business needs codes for residents and staff, a way for visitors to call, and an easy way to remove access when someone moves out or leaves.

We install keypads on gooseneck pedestals at the height of a driver's window, wired and wireless intercoms, vehicle sensors for free exit, and controllers that let you open the gate or issue codes from a phone.

Why we don't post prices onlineTwo fences of the same length can differ widely in cost once grade, access, gates and what's in the ground are counted. We would rather give you one accurate written number than a range that doesn't hold up.

Common questions

Can I give a delivery driver a temporary code?

With most modern keypads and app controllers, yes. You can create a code that expires after a set time.

Do you install HOA entrance systems?

Yes. We install and service multi-user keypads and intercoms for neighborhood entrances and work with HOA boards and management companies.

Will access control work with my current operator?

In most cases. We confirm compatibility during the site visit.

What if a guest forgets the code?

An intercom or phone-app controller lets you open the gate for them remotely.
